ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING ORDERS?

Yes! We are working to bring you all a little bit of Barrowland while you’re unable to be here in the venue itself. While making sure to observe social distancing we are regularly shipping out all your orders during this strange time. There may be a slightly longer time to get these out to you but all packages are at the mercy of the Royal Mail who are obviously overwhelmed currently. Please note that as standard we send all orders signed for and therefore please state a shipping address most able to facilitate this.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Our items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class in the UK. We usually aim to ship orders within 3 working days (Monday – Friday) of purchase, however during ‘lockdown’ this may be a few days longer. Note that pre-order items will take longer and will ship on date stated in the item description. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Keep in mind that we are a small team and with some pre-order items will be processing a large volume of orders in a short period of time.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We ship internationally from the UK. Shipping is calculated on checkout, and there is a shipping calculator for your convinience.  Items outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail. No tracking codes are available for this service. We aim to ship out your order within 3 working days of purchase.

Depending on your location items can sometimes take up to 21 days to arrive (this is for Australia and the USA), however it’s generally around 5-7 days.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Sure! Please email us at orders@barrowlandmerchandise.com with your order number and we will be in touch with how to return the item to us. Remember the item must be unworn and in it’s original packaging within 30 days for a refund, credit note or exchange.
